REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with your order such as missing, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately for a resolution. KayKay Essentials stand by our products 100% and will work with you to make things right.

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns.

 Please carefully review the contents of your cart prior to checkout.  There are no exchanges or substitutions once order has been placed.

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

We are currently shipping within the U.S, Canada, USVI, PR & UK at this time. 

Organic Irish Sea Moss is shipped only within the U.S.

KayKay Essentials strives to ship orders next day, however, please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a notification of shipment via email when we start to process your order. 

Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail or First Class Mail. 

PLEASE expect a slightly longer turn around during Seasonal Product Launch times due to higher order volume.

When multiple orders are placed, we will do our best to combine orders.  If you do not want your orders combined, please advise during checkout.

Please make sure that your shipping information is up-to-date before completing your order.  KayKay Essentials cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer.

You will be provided a Tracking Number once your order ships via PayPal or directly through the website if you have a registered account.  Please utilize the Tracking Number to make sure that you will be available to receive or pick up your package.  KayKay Essentials can NOT be held responsible for missing packages, stolen packages or delivery errors made by USPS.  Please leave instructions for your local postman for proper package drop-off.

Mail Theft Prevention
It is the customer's responsibility to receive the packages on the date of delivery. KayKay Essentials is not responsible for the loss of packages that have been confirmed as "delivered" by courier. If you don't have a secure place to receive packages, the following are recommended to avoid mail theft:

  • Have your delivery sent to an alternate location such as; your work, leasing office, etc.
  • Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office.
